Great teachers create great students. An inspiring and informed teacher is the most important factor influencing student performance, and therefore it is critical to pay close attention to how we train and support both new and experienced educators in their endeavour to Educate. In this order, D.D.Choksi College of Secondary Education arranged a faculty development programme for the faculty members of both the colleges on dated 30^th August 2018. During the program various lectures on 'Improvement of  teaching skills, Lesson plans and various method of teaching' were delivered by Dr. Kishori Dash and Dr. Hemlata Talesra. The lectures were very informative and useful. Dr. Neelu Ghosh, Principal D.D.Choksi College of Secondary Education elaborated the significance of faculty improvement and motivated the teachers for continuous learning.
