Students of D.D.Choksi College of Secondary Education went to a one day picnic to Nadabet on 10th August 2018. In Nadabet all trainees and faculty members obtained blessing of Nadeshwari Mataji. After taking breakfast they visited Indo-Pak “zero line” border, where Lt. Commander Mr.Lalan Kumar and Commander Mr.Shreji gave the information related to border. They also told Teacher trainees about the hardships and sacrifices being made by the BSF Jawans. It was really very heart touching meeting with ones whofight a battle every day to protect the integrity of the nation.
A talent hunt programme for students was also arranged which included singing and one minute games. The picnic ended with the visit of Dheema Temple. Indeed it was a great day for all the students and teachers, as it strengthened the bond between the students and their teachers.
